Safeguarding Principles

• Everyone has the right to be safe and treated with dignity
• We take concerns seriously and act promptly
• We maintain clear boundaries and professional conduct
• We do not exploit trust or vulnerability

What We Do

• Respond with care and sensitivity
• Avoid giving advice outside our remit
• Signpost to appropriate safeguarding or emergency services when required

What We Do Not Do

• We do not provide crisis intervention
• We do not offer counselling or legal advice
• We do not replace statutory services

Reporting Concerns

Any safeguarding concerns should be reported immediately to a Director of WE DO JUSTICE CIC. If there is immediate danger, emergency services should be contacted.
